While it was all tied up 14-14 at halftime, The St. James Sharks were not quite the Carolina Forest Panthers''s equal in the second half on Friday. St. James ended up on the wrong side of a rough 35-14 walloping at the hands of Carolina Forest. While losing is never fun, St. James can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 109th, while Carolina Forest is ranked 30th).
Although St. James took the loss, they still got scores from Connor Schwalm and Jace Shropshire.
St. James has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Carolina Forest, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.
St. James does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Carolina Forest also has no future games currently scheduled.
