Venture Academy has gone a perfect 4-0 against Delta Charter recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Venture Academy Mustangs will face off against the Delta Charter Dragons at 3:30 p.m. One thing working in Venture Academy's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last five contests.

Venture Academy never let Buckingham Charter get on the board and left with a 12-0 win on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.

Nobody will forget Xavier Perez's heroic performance anytime soon (especially Buckingham Charter's batters): he turned in a perfect game. What's more, Perez gave up only zero hits, the fewest he's had since back in April of 2024.

At the plate, Carlos Duenas was a standout: he scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. That stolen base marked the first that he snagged this season. Roman Stewart was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Venture Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .517. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Buckingham Charter only posted an OBP of .000.

Meanwhile, Delta Charter suffered their biggest defeat since April 11, 2024 last Thursday. They lost 12-2 to Venture Academy. The Dragons have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meetings.

Delta Charter's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Venture Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.
