Having just played yesterday, they will get right back to it and host the Kokomo HomeSchool Eagles on February 9th. Kokomo HomeSchool took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Tippecanoe HomeSchool, who comes in off a win.
Tippecanoe HomeSchool scored the most points they've had all season to find success back in December of 2023. They walked away with a 47-34 win over Homefires. That 13 point margin sets a new team best for Tippecanoe HomeSchool this season.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Kokomo HomeSchool's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 63-56 to Fort Wayne HomeSchool. Kokomo HomeSchool has struggled against the Hawks recently, as their contest on Saturday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, Kokomo HomeSchool had strong showings from David Hart, who almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine rebounds, and Dane Beery, who scored 20 points. Malachi Rinehart was another key contributor, scoring four points along with seven rebounds.
Tippecanoe HomeSchool's win ended a eight-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-4. As for Kokomo HomeSchool, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-13.
Tippecanoe HomeSchool was taken down by the Eagles 69-33 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. The game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Tippecanoe HomeSchool was down 40-19.
