Indian Creek is 1-7 against the Eagles since December of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Indian Creek Eagles' road trip will continue as they head out to face the Annapolis Area Christian Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
On Monday, it was a hard-fought match, but Indian Creek had to settle for a 51-48 defeat against the Yellowjackets.
Despite their defeat, Indian Creek saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Aiden Evans, who scored 18 points, was perhaps the best of all. Sefton Robinson was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Meanwhile, Annapolis Area Christian ended up a good deal behind the Mustangs on Saturday and lost 64-50.
Indian Creek dropped their record down to 7-14 with that loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Annapolis Area Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
Indian Creek came up short against the Eagles in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 62-56. Can Indian Creek avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
