Michael Gough put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Monday. He wasn't messing around, tossing 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with two or fewer walks.

Coming up, Gough and Middletown South will square off against Wall Township at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are at an even 4-4 against one another since May of 2015, but likely not for long.
