Football Recap: Cody Dow Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Coram Deo Academy

After losing to Coram Deo Academy the last time they met, McKinney Christian Academy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mustangs walked away with a 21-14 win over the Lions on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

McKinney Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cody Dow, who threw for 100 yards and a pair of TDs, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. The dominant performance also gave Dow a new career-high in passer rating (125).

McKinney Christian Academy's record now sits at 2-0. As for Coram Deo Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
