Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Campbell). They took down the Avinger Indians 48-29 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for Campbell as it spelled an end to their 13-game losing streak.

Campbell's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-13. As for Avinger, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Campbell will take on Sulphur Bluff in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Avinger, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Leverett's Chapel at 6:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
