Everything went their way against Olympic Heights as Dr. Joaquin Garcia made off with a 15-0 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bulldogs considering their one-run performance the game before.
Ava Johnston was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three doubles, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Kylie Zimmerman, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3.
Dr. Joaquin Garcia was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .517. The last time their batting average was this high was back in April of 2024.
While Boca Raton didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They were the clear victor by a 23-3 margin over Atlantic Christian on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Bobcats as they're now sitting on three straight.

Boca Raton's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Dr. Joaquin Garcia, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.
