When it comes to explaining why Belle Fourche lost, one person who can't be blamed is Carter McKenna. Despite the final result, he scored eight points along with six rebounds.
Belle Fourche has not been sharp recently as the team has lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. As for Rapid City Christian, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-2.

Belle Fourche is on a three-game streak of home losses, Redfield a five-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. As for Rapid City Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Spearfish at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Rapid City Christian's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
