Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Kennedy). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the DSST: College View Wolves 82-17. The Commanders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three  matches by 28  points or more this season.
Kennedy got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Keana Venegas-Alvarez out in front who  dropped  a triple-double on 23 points, ten  assists,  and 11  steals. The dominant performance gave  Venegas-Alvarez a new career-high in points.  Morgan Williams was another key player,  almost  dropping  a double-double on 22  points and nine  steals.
 Venegas-Alvarez wasn't the only one working in the  assists department: Kennedy was working as a unit and  finished the game with 19  assists. That's the most  assists they've managed all season.
 When it comes to explaining why DSST: College View lost, don't look at  Da'Naiya Hickey. Despite the final result, she  dropped  a double-double on 13 points and 13  boards. Hickey is  crushing it when it comes to  boards: she's   pulled down at least eight every time she's  taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aaliya Brown, who  posted four points.
Kennedy is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four games,  which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record  this season.
