Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for Ida Baker, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They fell just short of Charlotte by a score of 2-1. Ida Baker was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Charlotte apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2022.
This is the second loss in a row for Ida Baker and nudges their season record down to 5-11. As for Charlotte, their win bumped their record up to 5-8-1.
Ida Baker does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Charlotte will square off against Fort Myers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
