After three games on the road, North Lincoln is heading back home. They will take on the North Iredell Raiders at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both teams come into the  contest bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.

Greyson Evans was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-2.
 Meanwhile, North Iredell had just enough and edged Foard out  5-4 last Thursday. The  victory was just what North Iredell needed coming off of  a  6-0 defeat in their prior  matchup.
 The team  relied heavily on  Tyson Combs, who  went 2-for-4 with two  stolen bases, three  RBI,  and a  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Thomas Shumaker, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-4.
 North Lincoln is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last nine matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record  this season. As for North Iredell, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.
 The batters for both teams will have to hit smart  on Tuesday as both teams have some strikeout artists on the roster. North Lincoln has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 7.7  strikeouts per game. However, it's not like North Iredell struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 7.4. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
 North Lincoln skirted past North Iredell  6-4 in their previous meeting  back in April of 2023. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was North Iredell's  Cole Johnson, who   pitched 3.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   three  hits (he also only allowed one  walk). Now that he won't be playing  on Tuesday, will it be that much easier for North Lincoln to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
