The Hanks Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 20 points or more this season. They blew past Ysleta 45-13 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Hanks sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
It was another big night for Daisy Fernandez, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. The contest was her 13th in a row with at least ten points. Nevaeh Moore was another key contributor, scoring four points along with ten rebounds and seven blocks.
Hanks has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-11 record this season. As for Ysleta, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-14.
Hanks is on the road again on Friday and play against Bel Air at 7:30 p.m. on January 5, 2024. Bel Air will be looking to keep their six-game home win streak alive. Ysleta will take on Parkland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
