Julian Richard looked comfortable as he tossed 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because West Ashley is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 8-15 otherwise.
At the plate, West Ashley got a big performance out of Tyler Burnette, who went 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits Burnette has posted since back in May of 2024.
