Old Colony RVT waltzed into their matchup  on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Cape Cod RVT Crusaders as they made off with  a  24-3 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  18-0  back in April.
 Sharon Delancey made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   tossing two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Delancey was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances with one  run and one  RBI.
 In other pitching news,  Paige Borges looked comfortable as she  tossed three innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   two  hits.

 Back at the plate,  Patty Spillane was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and four  RBI. That's the most  stolen bases  she has posted since back in April.  Madison Caton was another key player,  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances with three  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI.
Old Colony RVT's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Cape Cod RVT,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 0-4.
 Coming up, Old Colony RVT will face off against South Shore Vo-Tech at 3:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Vikings have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.17  runs per game on average), something the Cougars will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Cape Cod RVT, they will challenge Upper Cape Cod RVT at 3:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Crusaders will need to watch out since the Rams have now posted at least ten  runs  in their last three games.
