With National Signing Day for the Class of 2022 behind us, it's time to zone in on the Class of 2023 and look at the best quarterbacks. Arch Manning of Newman (New Orleans) headlines a very talented list of gunslingers and the five-star recruit checks in as the top-rated player overall on 247Sports composite rankings.
Manning is one of four five-star quarterbacks from the Class of 2023 along with Malachi Nelson of Los Alamitos (Calif.), Dante Moore of King (Detroit) and Nico Iamaleava of Warren (Downey, Calif.).
Nelson and Iamaleava are two of four quarterbacks featured from California. Jaden Rashada of Pittsburg and Pierce Clarkson of St. John Bosco (Bellflower) join the five-star signal-callers on the list.
Louisiana was the only other state to have multiple quarterbacks featured as Eli Holstein of Zachary joins Manning. Alabama, Georgia, Michigan and Texas all have one QB featured.

He went 7-1 with an ERA around 1.00 as a sophomore.

Led the Wildcats to the UIL 6A Division 2 state championship game and gave Westlake (Austin) its toughest challenge of the season. Arnold threw for 3,921 yards and 34 touchdowns to go with 659 yards rushing and 12 more scores. Arnold and Denton Guyer will be in the mix to start next season ranked in the MaxPreps Top 25 high school football rankings with a lot of talented players returning.

He can make every throw in the book and released his Top 12 on Christmas that features Alabama, Auburn, BYU, Georgia, Miami, Mississippi, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oregon, Oregon State, Tennessee and UCLA.
