The third road game was the charm for the Foothills Christian Knights, as they earned their first road win of the season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Ocean View Christian 75-42 on the road.
Foothills Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Andrew Burke, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 20 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Khalil Bean, who scored 14 points along with 5 rebounds.
Foothills Christian's win bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Ocean View Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
Foothills Christian will head out on the road to face off against El Capitan at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully El Capitan focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Monday. As for Ocean View Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Mountain Empire at 4:30 p.m.
