After a string of seven wins, Harlan's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 63-41 walloping at the hands of Brennan. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Harlan in their matchups with Brennan: they've now lost four in a row.
Harlan's defeat came about despite a quality game from Alexa Romero, who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ke'yanna Gupton, who scored four points.
O'Connor suffered their closest loss yet this season on Tuesday. They fell just short of Jay by a score of 50-47.
Harlan's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-9. As for O'Connor, they now have a losing record at 12-13.
Harlan didn't have too much breathing room in their match against O'Connor in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 52-46 victory. Will Harlan repeat their success, or does O'Connor have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
