Bishop Ireton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Bishop Ireton saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Wesley Hodges, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Bishop Ireton's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Our Lady of Good Counsel, their record is now 12-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Bishop Ireton is set to square off against their familiar foe St. John's at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Our Lady of Good Counsel will challenge rival St. Mary's Ryken at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
