Wayne Trace has gone 9-1 against Jefferson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Monday. The Raiders will head out on the road to  square off against  the Wildcats  at 5:30  p.m. Wayne Trace will be strutting in after a  victory while Jefferson will be coming in after a  loss.
On Tuesday, Wayne Trace made easy work of Antwerp  and carried off  a  3-0 win. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Archers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive  victory against them.
 While Wayne Trace won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the  first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-12,  25-13.
Meanwhile, Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight  defeat. They were a single  set away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of Allen East. While the Wildcats didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Mustangs  25-15 in the first  set.
 Jefferson started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 15-25, 17-25, 25-16, 25-16,  20-18.
 Wayne Trace will have to contain  Alissa Gallmeier as she made an impact in Jefferson's last game. She  had 23 assists and 18  digs. Gallmeier is  on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted 13 or more in each of the last four games she's  played.
 Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Wayne Trace, their win bumped their record up to 9-10.
 Wayne Trace took their  victory against Jefferson  when the teams last played  back in October of 2024 by a conclusive  3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
