The Hubbard Greyhounds will head out on the road to  take on  the Kennedy Crusaders  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Hubbard will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
On Thursday, Hubbard earned  a  2-0 victory over Juarez.
 Hubbard never let Juarez on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23,  25-21.
Hubbard got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Debora Lopez out in front who  had four  digs and four  aces. Another player making a difference was  Yaretzi Bejar, who  had seven  digs and three  aces.
 They weren't the only good servers: Hubbard  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 11  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least six  aces every time they've taken the court this season.
Meanwhile, Kennedy beat Back of the Yards College Prep 2-0  on Thursday. The Crusaders haven't had any issues with the Bobcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive  victory against them.
 Kennedy easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9,  25-21.
 Hubbard's record is now 10-2. As for Kennedy, their record now sits at 15-5-1.
 Hubbard couldn't quite get it done against Kennedy in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024 as they fell  2-0. Can the Greyhounds avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
