Cambridge Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Wardlaw Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-9.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cambridge Academy will challenge the Lions at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in South Carolina (Our Lady of the Rosary is ranked 250th, while the Cougars are ranked 275th). As for Wardlaw Academy, they and the will face off at 8:00 p.m. on February 2nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Newberry Academy will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
