The Wolcott College Prep Wolves were the 33-28 winner over the Christian Heritage Academy Lions when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Wolcott College Prep took a 39-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of Christian Heritage Academy.
Despite the loss, Wolcott College Prep still got an impressive performance from Eliana Henschel, who scored 16 points along with eight steals and six rebounds. Henschel is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Margot Kelley was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Wolcott College Prep has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Christian Heritage Academy, they pushed their record up to 3-6 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing British International School of Chicago the next time they take the court. Wolcott College Prep will host British International School of Chicago at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Christian Heritage Academy will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
