Gulf Pointe Latin has struggled against West Florida Baptist Academy recently, as their contest on Saturday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Holland Hamer was Gulf Pointe Latin's leading scorer, having posted six points. Hamer also led the team in rebounds with 11.
Jacqueline Schnieders took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.
Meanwhile, Pensacola Christian Academy put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season on Saturday. They put the hurt on Central Christian with a sharp 55-34 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Pensacola Christian Academy.
Gulf Pointe Latin's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Pensacola Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 14-8 record this season.
