If the Clover Park Timberwolves were riding high off their 65-25 takedown of the Orting Cardinals last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Clover Park fell 53-40 to Steilacoom on Friday. Clover Park was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Steilacoom apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Despite the loss, Clover Park still got an impressive performance from Kamila Salanoa, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 19 rebounds. Salanoa has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last 15 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Andralynne Harless, who scored seven points along with 12 rebounds.
Clover Park's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Steilacoom, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
Clover Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Steilacoom also has no future games currently scheduled.
