Max Ogden put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Monday. He tossed five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. He is becoming a predictor of Casa Roble's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 5-1 (and 5-8 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Ogden and Casa Roble will be taking part in a tournament against Center at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cougars will enter the matchup having just beaten Grant, so the Rams will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
