  Rylin Blystone made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 1-for-3 with one  home run and two  RBI. That  home run was  her first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Addie Stossel, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Indiana's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
