The Cornerstone Eagles lost against the Jasper Vikings back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Friday. Cornerstone was outmatched by Jasper on the road  and fell  57-17. Cornerstone has struggled against Jasper recently, as their  contest on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
 Jasper found their leader in underclassman  Missy Odom, who  dropped  a double-double on 22 points and 12  rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which  Odom has scored at least 25% of Jasper's points. Another player making a difference was  Hallie Harrell, who  dropped  a double-double on 12 points and 10  rebounds.
 Cornerstone has  been struggling recently, as they've  lost four of their last five contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Jasper,  the  win  makes it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 6-3.
 Cornerstone will head out on the road to face off against Holy Family Catholic at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Jasper won't have much time to rest: their next  match is against Minor at 6:00  p.m.  on December 9th. Minor will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
