Despite their loss, Coram Deo Academy saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Lily Patterson, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Selah Johnson, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Legacy Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Coram Deo Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 16-9 record this season.
