 In other batting news, Alcester-Hudson let  Jaeley Christensen and  Jenna Manning run wild. Christensen  went a perfect 2-for-2 with three  stolen bases and two  runs, while  Manning  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI. Those  three  stolen bases gave  Christensen a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Paxtyn Moller, who  earned two  runs and two  stolen bases.
Alcester-Hudson's record is now 12-2. As for Parker, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-12 record  this season.
 Alcester-Hudson wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  match,  a  15-1  win against Parkston on the 5th. As for Parker, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  20-2  victory against Centerville on the 3rd.
