The Riverside Ram waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with four straight wins but they left with five. They enjoyed a cozy 55-38 victory over Stone Bridge. This was payback for Riverside, who suffered a 60-40 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Stone Bridge lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Sravya Janapati, who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Katherine Streaker, who scored 11 points.
Riverside pushed their record up to 14-6 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points per game. As for Stone Bridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-5.
Riverside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Stone Bridge, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 55-45 victory vs. Potomac Falls on the 9th.
