LaVille is 1-9 against Glenn since December of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The LaVille Lancers will be home for the holidays to greet the Glenn Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Glenn took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on LaVille, who comes in off a win.
LaVille scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They took down South Bend Riley 47-30. Winning is a bit easier when you work as a team to rack up eight more assists than your opponent, as LaVille did.
It was another big night for Brooke Edison, who almost dropped a triple-double on 19 points, nine rebounds, and nine steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of LaVille's points. Another player making a difference was Faith Mejer, who scored 11 points.
Meanwhile, Glenn had to suffer through a rough 66-14 loss at the hands of South Bend Washington. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Glenn has scored all season.
LaVille's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8. As for Glenn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.
LaVille couldn't quite finish off Glenn in their previous matchup back in December of 2022 and fell 33-30. Will LaVille have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check MaxPreps after the match for a full breakdown of the game, commentary, and other basketball content.
