West Florida Baptist Academy waltzed into their matchup  on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the L.E.A.D. Academy Lions 64-40. The Conquerors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14  games by 20  points or more this season.
It was another big night for  Kaleb Wiggins, who  went 9 of 17  on his way to 23  points in addition to five  rebounds and three  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Shepard Brown, who  posted 17 points and seven  assists.
 West Florida Baptist Academy was working as a unit and  finished the game with 20  assists. That's the most  assists they've posted since back in December of 2024.
 L.E.A.D. Academy's loss  came despite strong showings from  Andrew Holcomb and  Silas Brown.  Holcomb  had 13  points along with five  boards and three  steals, while  Brown  went 5 for 12  en route to 13 points. Holcomb has been hot recently, having  posted three or more  steals the last four times he's  played.  Ryan Palmer also deserves some recognition as  he  scored his first  points of the season.
West Florida Baptist Academy's win was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 22-4. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 67.3 points per game. As for L.E.A.D. Academy,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 4-18.
 West Florida Baptist Academy will square off against Gulf Pointe Latin at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. L.E.A.D. Academy has already played their next contest,  a  65-57  defeat against Community Christian on the 3rd.
