It was a good run, but the Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 58-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pendleton.
Pendleton found their leader in underclassman Brice Bolt, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds. Those seven rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Gray, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds.
Calhoun Falls Charter's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Pendleton, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing West-Oak the next time they take the court. Calhoun Falls Charter will head out to face West-Oak at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Pendleton will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
