Pillager won the last time they faced Verndale and things went their way on Friday too. The Pillager Huskies walked away with a 74-61 win over the Verndale Pirates. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Huskies.

Pillager's victory bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Verndale, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pillager will challenge Staples-Motley at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
