Freeman is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Quaranta, who went 7 of 10 on her way to 18 points and five rebounds.
Meanwhile, Thornton came up short against Hinsdale South on Thursday, falling 51-29. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
St. Francis' defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Thornton, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
