A Season-Best Effort from Rahzel Ewart Leads Lexington over North Rowan
Rahzel Ewart produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Lexington to the win on Friday. Ewart picked up 112 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making 11 total tackles.
Lexington pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Ewart and Lexington will take on Thomasville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

North Rowan had to settle for second on Friday, but Jeremiah Alford sure wasn't going down easily. Alford turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 46 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 178 yards and two touchdowns on only 16 passes.
Alford will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Salisbury on Friday. The game will pit Alford up against the Hornets' star signal caller Hank Webb. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
