North Pole faced Lathrop in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Patriots simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Malemutes 31-0. Considering the Patriots have won six matchups by more than 20 points this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

North Pole's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.7 points on average over those games. As for Lathrop, they now have a losing record of 5-6.
