Stephanie Morales was her usual excellent self, scoring 24 points along with eight steals and two blocks for Ridgeview Global Studies Academy. Morales has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last six times she's played. Laila Miller was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Winter Haven Christian's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-9. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 20.2 points per game.
