The team relied heavily on Elijah Haren, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Erik Coronado was another key player, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs.
Meanwhile, Floresville got the win against Carrizo Springs on Thursday by a conclusive 11-1. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers/Jaguars in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won five in a row.
Jacob Guevara was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Guevara was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

However, it's not like Floresville struggles in that department as they've averaged .356. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
