The Eldon Mustangs won against the Hallsville Indians  last Thursday with 64  points and they decided to stick to that  point total again  on Monday. Eldon enjoyed a cozy  64-46 win over Hallsville. Given Eldon's advantage  in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings  (they are ranked 124th, while Hallsville is ranked 304th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Eldon was led to victory by  Delaney Mcghay and  Sydney Halderman.  Mcghay  scored 19 points along with three  blocks and two  steals, while  Halderman  scored 21 points along with seven  rebounds and three  steals. Halderman is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's  now  scored 15 or more in the last four games she's  played.  Lydia Cotten was another key contributor,  scoring 11 points.
 Eldon has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record  this season. As for Hallsville, they dropped their record down to 5-14 with that  loss, which was their eighth straight  at home.
 Eldon will head out on the road to  take on  Osage at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Eldon will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something Osage surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hallsville, they will be playing at home against Salisbury at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
