  Anavey Gonzalez and  Lylamae Gutierrez did some serious damage despite the final result:  Gonzalez  got on base  in four of her nine plate appearances with five  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  triple, while  Gutierrez  went 4-for-5 with five  stolen bases, five  runs,  and one  RBI. Gutierrez is  crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: she's   snagged at least one every time she's  taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was  Kayla Rodriguez, who  went 2-for-5 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 Meanwhile, Calipatria came up short against Julian on Wednesday and fell  10-7. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
