Tate French continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 15 rebounds. He hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Moshe Richmond, who scored 19 points along with six assists.
Wolsey-Wessington has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season. As for Hill City, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.
Wolsey-Wessington will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rebels at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in South Dakota (Sanborn Central/Woonsocket is ranked 65th, while the Warbirds are ranked 40th). Hill City will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against the Tatanka at 6:30 p.m. on February 3rd.
