The Central Falls Warriors were not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They fell  56-48 to North Smithfield. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Central Falls of the  41-36 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  last Monday.

  Kate Zonin went supernova for North Smithfield,  dropping  a double-double on 17 points and 11  rebounds. It was the first time this season that  Zonin  scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was  Ava O'Neill, who  scored 15 points.
 Central Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for North Smithfield, the  victory was  the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-7.
