The Shelby County Rockets will challenge the North Bullitt Eagles at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. North Bullitt took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Shelby County, who comes in off a win.
While Shelby County's  win against Collins wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rockets narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  team sidled past the Titans  10-8. The  win was some much needed relief for the Rockets as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

 Madison Clark was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was  Abby Blanton, who  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Shelby County  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Collins only managed seven  hits.
Meanwhile,  it was a Battle of the Birds when North Bullitt faced off against Larue County on Monday. The Eagles lost  9-2 to the Hawks. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
  Amree Hammons spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned  (and four unearned) runs on 13 hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive appearances.
 North Bullitt's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Shelby County, their  victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-11.
