Upland suffered their biggest  loss since October 14, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost  3-0 to the Chino Hills Huskies. The Highlanders/Scots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Huskies apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in October of 2024.
 While Upland was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13,  25-22.
  Yanizza Gutierrez was a one-woman wrecking crew For Chino Hills. as she  had 20  digs and two  assists. That's the most  assists  Gutierrez has posted  over her last 13  games. The team also got some help courtesy of  Edith Leung, who  had 18 assists and seven  digs.
Upland's loss was  their third straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Chino Hills,  the  victory snapped their losing streak at three games  and leaves them with a 11-10 record.
