Lake-Lehman and Holy Redeemer are an even 5-5 against one another  since April of 2021, but likely not for long. The Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Royals  at 4:15  p.m.  on Thursday. Lake-Lehman will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
On Saturday, Lake-Lehman got the win against Honesdale  by a conclusive  9-1. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won four matchups by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Sam Finarelli made a splash while hitting and pitching. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits over four innings pitched. What's more,  he posted four  strikeouts, the most he's  had since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles.

 In other batting news,  Will Jenkins was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with three  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base. Those  three  runs gave  him a new career-high.  Chris Sholtis was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with one  run and one  RBI.
 Lake-Lehman was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .407. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Honesdale only posted a  batting average of  .130.
Meanwhile, Holy Redeemer had just enough and edged out Wyoming Seminary College Prep  4-2 on Tuesday. The Royals haven't had any issues with the Blue Knights recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive  win against them.
 Holy Redeemer's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Zachary Schultz, who  went 1-for-2 with two  RBI.
 Lake-Lehman pushed their record up to 8-4 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. The  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 7.4 runs over those games. As for Holy Redeemer, their win bumped their record up to 8-1.
