Volleyball Recap: Mcgavock Picks Up Second Consecutive Win

McGavock won the last time they faced Antioch, and Lacey Jordan did her part to make sure it happened again. The Raiders were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bears on Tuesday thanks in part to Jordan, who had 15 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: McGavock took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-15, 25-12.

The victory made it two in a row for McGavock and bumps their season record up to 7-13. As for Antioch, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McGavock will face off against Cane Ridge at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Antioch, they will take on East Nashville Magnet at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
