The North Kissimmee Christian Lions entered their tilt with the Bridge to Independence Wildcats with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. North Kissimmee Christian enjoyed a cozy 91-75 win over Bridge to Independence on Tuesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jaydan Jeantinord, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 13 rebounds. Jeantinord hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jvarius Gibson, who scored 22 points along with five rebounds.
North Kissimmee Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Bridge to Independence, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Kissimmee Christian will take on International Community at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. International Community is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak. Bridge to Independence will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Star Athletes Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
