East Columbus is 9-1 against West Bladen since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The East Columbus Gators will head out to take on the West Bladen Knights at 6:00 p.m. East Columbus will be strutting in after a victory while West Bladen will be coming in after a defeat.

East Columbus' pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Red Springs with a sharp 14-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Gators.

Amber Ochca looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.

At the plate, Skylah Collins was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-1. Another player making a difference was Mackenzi Clemmons, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Meanwhile, West Bladen unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 7-2 to North Brunswick on Thursday.

East Columbus took their victory against West Bladen when the teams last played back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 13-5. Does East Columbus have another victory up their sleeve, or will West Bladen turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
